This paper investigates fuzzy control of wood milling processing on-line control system according to fuzzy control theory. Firstly I had checked the international and local literature about wood milling, fuzzy control and simulation with computer, then I put fuzzy intellective control to the wood milling processing system in order to increase the accuracy of the wood processing and increase economic income; Next, I had analyzed the function characteristic of the wood processing system, then educed system model of simplification. The wood processing on-line control system is a complicated system, it is difficult to establish its accurate mathematics model, being applicable to the fuzzy control, and summed up the experience data about the wood milling processing system according to foregone experimental data; Then, designed the fuzzy controller of this system, the fuzzy control system is a single import-single export system, its import variable is the error between the measured and perfect surface roughness, its export variable is controlled variable-voltage u, we can regulate the rotate speed of the electrical engineering according to u, then educe the speed of the workbench, and gained ideal surface roughness. The fuzzy logical controller is designed with two dimension structure, making sure the membership function value of import and export variables and fuzzy control rules according to expert's experience, and calculating the system fuzzy control table off-line. Simulated the wood milling processing fuzzy control system made use of engineering software MATLAB adoption command line, the S function and FIS GUI separated based on the designed fuzzy controller, and educed the dynamic simulated carve, from the carve we educed the fuzzy control system had smaller system characteristic, shorter rise tune and quicker stabilizing time etc.. Finally, made use of primarily simulation tool SIMULINK to every kind of control systems, such as PID, fuzzy, fuzzy self-adjust, fuzzy PID control system, then simulate, analyze and compare the dynamic characteristic of above systems, then draw a conclusion: The fuzzy control can make system output smooth and fleetness, have no the super adjusting, but have steady error because of considered the anti-interference while selecting the membership function values and rules, possibility undulate up and down in the steady value; In the aspects of robustness, because the rule of FUZZY is similar to the person's thought, and membership function value is according to the experience, FUZZY have the stronger robustness. The fuzzy control is a kind of intelligent control, it need certain experience, so its application usually is combined with other control. Because of the problem of the theories, it is sill not mature, but it is the main direction to develop, and along with theoretical development, the fuzzy control will rise more important in industry control.
