With the prompt development of aviation, space, electron and mechanism, the problems of vibration controlling in various kinds of gentle structures are increasingly becoming a pop topic. Currently, it is a hotspot to use piezoelectric material as drivers and sensors in intelligent material. After a long period of development, its elemental theory has been well rounded and is being applied to a variety of fields.Relating to real problems in vibration fields, this title acquired obvious results in controlling vibration with making use of classic fuzzy control arithmetic and portable and skillful single chip microcomputer systemPiezoelectric material is an ideal driver and sensor part for its highly precise mechanical position and special piezoelectric effect. When piezoelectric material is put on outside force, it will cause the translocation of positive and negative electricity inside piezoelectric material. Then piezoelectric material will generate polarization and shape tied electricity on the surface of the piezoelectric material that is proportional to the outside force. It is called positive piezoelectric effect. Conversely, it is negative piezoelectric effect.Accordingly, selecting piezoelectric material to control vibration is a good method. The problem this paper researches is vibration controlling with piezoelectric material as driver and sensor part.This article main content includes: 1)the principle knowledge of piezoelectric material and its extensive using prospect; 2) using the software of the finite element analysis ,ANSYS, we make an analysys of the modal analysis for the experimental subject, cantilever beam; 3) we give the circuit graph using in the control by the 89C51 single chip computer, the simulink result and the final result of controlling vibration.The results of both the simulink and the experiment prove the feasibility and effectivity of the controlling methond.
