With the development of the computer technology and the high-powered microprocessor and high-speed computer network, it has turned to be an easy thing to construct computer system consisting of a large number of CPU by high-speed network. Network job management system is a kind of middle software that founds upon the operating system, and manages the workstations or PCs of the cluster. The JMS is a comprehensive commercial Job Management System.lt not only owns general characteristics of JMS, including distribute-processing, shared resource and load balancing etc., but also has the merits of high reliability, expandability and operability.Through the researching of Network job management system, the author found that the original client NSCL can only use in LAN environment. Considering the high-speed development of the Internet application and the requirement of the user, the author of the dissertation developed the WEB client and i-mode client for mobile telephone of this system. During the course of developing, he considered that the heavy load was a question of the www server. So he brought forward to divide the WEB client system to two parts, the communicating module named ComCIient is the design stress, which communicates with job management system server and all the CGI programs. To implement the communication between this module and the CGI programs, a set of detailed communicating protocols have been designed. At the same time, during the course of developing the project, the author analyzed and compared all the design pattern of the service programs, and selected the optimized pattern to implement the system. The module can be used in NT and UNIX Operating System. In order to improve the imperfection of security in JMS, a whole security solution powered by Windows NT Operating System has been realized. Considering the characteristic of the WEB, the author improved the security of it.
