Network Load Balancing is a technology, with which, the client's requests are distributed to a server of the system that clusters several servers symmetrically; the server, which receives the requests, can response them independently. This technology solves network bottleneck caused by expansion of enterprise and increase of network flux.In the first part of this paper, current arithmetic and technologies of Network Load Balancing are compared and analyzed. A detailed analysis is made in the technologies such as Dynamic Load Balancing based on DNS, Reverse Proxy Load Balancing and Load Balancing based on NAT. As the most important technology in Network Load Balancing, the cluster technology is discussed too.On this basis, this paper, taking the system developed by the author as an example, describes the mechanism of Network Load Balancing in Windows and provides the scheme to keep the application's state in Network Load Balancing. The mechanism of Component Load Balancing in Windows is analyzed at the end of this part.In the following parts, the author compares the main application modes in the Distributed System and forecasts the developing trend of them. With the help of the study about Network Load Balancing, based on the character of Distributed System, the scheme is provided to take the Network Load Balancing into realization in Multi-layer Distributed System. How to develop client component with Network Load Balancing? Which are discussed at the same time. With the help of Delphi6, the author developed an educational administration management information system that can balance load automatically. In the last part, this paper discusses the effect of some general network press test tools. In virtue of these tools, we test the capability of educational administration management information system, and compare its result with the result of the same system without Network Load Balancing.
