Design And Implementation Of System For Gathering Traffic Information And Optimizing Region Traffic Network

Gathering traffic's information is important to city's building and development. It is not only provide data necessary to city's traffic's programming and traffic's management, but also offer data to build reasonable traffic model to optimize traffic network. Obtained the information, we can analysis traffic data, build traffic model and optimize traffic network. This paper's research direction are include how to gather the traffic's information and how to build traffic model and optimize traffic network use traffic information gathered before.After discuss the process of the traffic checking and car's peccancy checking, the paper realize the counting arithmetic based on the background image's dynamic replacement and three times affirmed. Compare to constant background image in common use, the arithmetic have highly nicety and steadily result. Upon this counting arithmetic, the system realize the function of checking vehicle's speed, length, width and so on.Based on the optimizing arithmetic and traffic model in common use, the paper build a traffic model found on scatter time. Then select genetic arithmetic to optimize model based on the model's characteristic. Compare to common model based on the flux analysis, this model describe the traffic network more reality. Moreover, the efficiency and characteristic enable the result of optimization more precision and fleetly.Found on the realization of arithmetic produced front, the paper realize the system for gathering traffic information and optimizing region traffic network use Visual C++. This system have follow functions: gathering traffic information, building traffic model use traffic information, selecting arithmetic to optimize the traffic network. From the practice test, the system have precise counting function and good optimizing efficiency.
