The Research Of The Forecast Arithmetic Model Of City Traffic Flow By Using Artifical Neural Networks

ITS (Intelligent traffic system) is a total definition of new road traffic system which includes people, road and vehicle. This system uses the most advanced electronical and corresponding technology and involves drivers and governors. The traffic guidance system is one of the important researches in intelligent traffic system and the forecast of traffic flow is the core problem in the traffic guidance system. So how exactly forecast the traffic flow is the pivotal problem in the effective realization of the traffic guidance system.Firstly, the purpose of this thesis is to develop an intelligent technology of the forecast of traffic flow in ITS and proposal a new theory to solve the practical problem by using the artifical neural networks.
