Software architecture, which is a hotspot problem for software engineering, is developing rapidly on both theory and practice during its over ten years history. It is a high effective development method through designing domain model and DSSA. Due to the dissimilarity of requirements in the different application domain, we often use different methods according to specific domain. We choose SCM of medicine enterprise as application domain, combine description method for MVP requirements with Feature-Oriented Domain analysis in domain engineering. We try to find an effective way, which is suitable for developing supply chain software of medicine enterprise, and enrich contents of domain engineering.Firstly, we study software architecture, domain engineering and requirements engineering and so on. According to features of the domain, we introduce UML Views into Feature-Oriented Domain Analysis and combine it with description method for MVP requirements to present a method for domain analysis. Then, we study some mature application systems of the domain in detail and analyze common grounds and differences of a family of application systems by using the above method. Through the above steps, wecan design domain models and extract DSSA suitable for the SCM ofiimedicine enterprise and describe them in detail. We apply these domain products to develop software for SCM of medicine enterprise. In the process, system analyst can acquire requirements of the system by the domain model, and then construct the architecture of the system based on the traceability between requirements and DSSA. Through these steps, programmers can develop the application system quickly. Compared to the current development method, it is expected to find a Top -Down development method based on DSSA to improve the efficiency of development.
