The Application Of Bluetooth Technology To Intelligent Home

Today, the research on digital community and intelligent home is more and more favored. That how to choose the right technology and how to design a system to suit the situation of our country has become an important task for our Engineering Research Center of Digital Community, the National Ministry of Education. Bluetooth technology, a new wireless technology in ISM band, can freely transmit. data and voice in short distance. The application to intelligent home is one of the most important applications of Bluetooth, and it drives Bluetooth's development.After analyzing the requirement of intelligent home, a design scheme is presented. We research the key part in it, especially, The Application of Bluetooth technology to Intelligent Home.In this paper, the first part is the analyzing of digital community and intelligent home, including their history and future. On this basis, we select the Bluetooth as the core technology, and we put forward a new concept -- Home Connect-Control Equipment. This equipment has two main functions: home LAN connection and home appliance control.The deep research about the Bluetooth is in the second part. We research the voice transfer with Bluetooth, and simulate the communication step.Finally, we test the communication, and the feasibility of the design is proved.
