The research and application on design of both direction circle redundancy network based elevating system of self rising sea platform is a subproject of which is one of the Liaoning province great scientific subjects. This article is written by means of the practical research of the subproject.In this paper the communication and collecting data and the design of software and hardware are elaborated. In the construction of network, this system adopt both direction circle redundancy network . Making use of its advantage can transfer data by both direction , so without reference to anyone node has error that can not affect natural working . using mode of freedom port , this mode is distinctive function , it may communication between S7-200PLC and any equipment of serial communication port. In this paper, detail description about serial communication between computer and S7-200 by VB6. 0 in Windows environment; moreover, computer apply industry configuration software to accomplish the controlling interface. At last , this paper introduce systemic experiment and debug and resisting disturb , as well as the method of resolving disturb. This paper make the most of the characteristic of computer and PLC.The self elevating offshore platform system can automatically adopting control rule which can be adjusted by itself. In a sense, the stable character have been improved in the system. Because of the limitation of the experimental conditions, execution mechanism of the system can not be reached to the perfection.
