Research And Development Of Enterprise Information System Based On Intranet

Current mainstream Web developing technology is analyzed and contrasted, and the theory about distributed information system based on Web is systematically studied this paper. The theory about COM and XML and their application developing technology is studied emphasis. Through analyses of COM component and XML technology and discuss on middleware technology, information system architecture based on Intranet is deeply studied.N-Tier architecture model and solution to information system based on Intranet is put forward by bonding the technology of ASP, XML and COM this paper, which has been successfully applied to the project of enterprise information system in XI' AN Aero-Engine(Group) Ltd. The application system is based on Windows platform, using IIS 5. 0 in windows 2000 as web server, Oracle 8i as database server, some COM components developed by VB6. 0 as application server, ASP and XML as main developing technology and Internet Explorer browser as client.
