In a word, the information is the only way of the development of the third party logistics.The author analysis the work flow of the third party logistics at first. At last, the author describe the summary design, the database design, the logic model design, the network model design, especially to discuss and compare of some method of design, for exampleData Flow Diagram (DFD) ,Entity-Relationship(E-R), Data Table. The author also point out to adopt the way of combining Structured System Analysis and Design (SA&D) with Prototyping Approach, and access WEB database with ASP technology.
