The Related Control Techniques Research Of Bloom Continuous Casting

In order to suit for the changes and the requirements for market,PANGANG Iron and Steel CO. have being setted up bloom continuous casting machine. The writer take charge of the automation system of this project !This text describes mainly the basic conditions,control desires of control system and performance of production equipment for mechanism and electric,also analyzes in detail and builds up this control system. On basis of the development of modern control technology and apply of the network technology and locale bus-snooping technology,this text states nowadays characters of developing and trend of continuous casting on domestic or international situation. Expatiates in detail on the network structure and communication protocol of Ethernet and Profibus-DP and the characters & developing trend of modern driver;concretely describes the forms of control system configuration,the function and features of its software and hardware designs. The article have been discussed theoretically for some technology control system of continous casting,for example mould level control system,electromagnatic mould stirring system,soft-reduction,the secondary cooling water control ect.The bloom project of PanGang will bring large economic and social benefits ! The space of new technology and technic applied in Pan Gang should be speed up. This also would become effectively typical way or module for automation system applied in Pan Gang.The basic design of this project is done by VAI. Detail design is being finished by civil institutes. Chongqing Iron & Steel Designing Institute take charge of the civil design and technology work. Xi' An Heavy Machinery Research Institute take charge of the mechanism design and technology pipe design. My unit is responsible for fully detail design of automation system,include electric,automation,intrument & computer system,also take charge of integration of the central system and electric engineering workws. As a principal of this project,I am responsible for whole technic work of this project,include intercommunion with foreign experts,fixing the last technology device and configuration of automation system,construction of contral system,software research and developing,making the whole system work effectively.
