Analysis And Research Of Video Transmitting Coding Based On IP VOD

With establishing and using of board-band and board-band accessnetwork,The application of VOD based IP is increasingly widespread. From the beginning of VOD system based IP,The paper extensively discusses the key technology and developing trend of video signal transmitting over the Internet. And simply introduces current video compress standards and it's algorithm and technology. In term of bandwidth fluctuation of Internet,proposes two types of scalable video coding scheme adapted to transmission of Internet,that is,a fine-granularity spatially scalable video coding and a progressive fine-granularity scalable video coding. Meanwhile,proposes a wavelet transform's algorithm using for lower rate coding. Then analysis resource allocation for multimedia streaming over the Internet. Finally,provides a kind of video platform scheme for VOD based IP and test it.
