Looking back development of science and technology in recent tens of years,the invention of computer much greatly influences upon human beings' economy and living. Especially the microprocessor came out in 1970s,the improvement and application of microcomputer have been accelerating to much extent,which cause revolution of new technology in the world and give a impetus to the development of information age. The technology of data acquisition and processing,as an important branch of microcomputer technology,which converges sensing,signal sampling and conversion,computer and other technology,is an important tool or means for man to obtain information. AS the application and popularization of microcomputer,such technology plays a more and more important role in the fields of science research and production. The application of the data acquisition and processing in the manufacture process can acquire all kind of techniques parameter rapidly and warrant the precision of data acquisition. It greatly improves the efficiency and provides the necessary information,which computer needed,then the auto control of manufacture process can be realization.Firstly this paper introduced the significance and task of the data acquisition and the basic function of this system.Chapter 2 discussed the detail content of the magneto measurement system. Firstly introduced the makeup and principal theory in order to make reader know the characteristic of techniques. Then put forward the main content and requirement of the magneto measurement system and demonstrated the feasibility of this project.From the third chapter we discussed the basic theory of data acquisition. Firstly introduced the basic theory and method with which the analog signal can be convert to digital form,including sampling theory and course,quantification and quantification error,coding,Beside those we discussed some applications of sampling technology,the reason of frequency mixture and the method to eliminate itChapter 4 introduced analog mux-switch,for the reason of simpleness we only introduce it briefly.Chapter 5 introduces sampling-holding device principle,types and main performance parameters. We discussed the relationship between the sampling and the S-H device.Chapter 6 discussed the pre-processing of sampling data including the scaletransforming,digital filtering,reducing oddity and eliminating or pick-up tread item as well as smoothing process of the sampling data.Chapter 7 introduced the usual interference in the data acquisition system,including same intrinsic noise interference of the devices,some common impedance interference electromagnetism interference and discussed the method to restrain them.Chapter 8 designed the magneto data acquisition system in detail. In the aspect of hardware,introduced the selection and usage of sensors and data acquisition card,mainly on WS series sensor and PLC-1800 data acquisition card. In the aspect of software,we introduced using of the Visual Basic.At last we present the result and data in visualization,including main menu and online display window,initialization window,data processing record window,analog signal scale and result examining window,wave testing window etc.
