The displacement sensor is an important measurement tools, in the transportation, medical, construction, has been widely used in machinery manufacturing industry. Based on a review of the recent development of magnetic sensor, puts forward the development prospect of giant magneto impedance magnetic sensor, which has a wide linear range and high sensitivity of giant magneto impedance characteristics of FeCoNbSiB and FeSiBPCu amorphous alloy thin combined with a magnetic sensing probe core. The core is developed two displacement magnetic sensor, which based on the large measuring range, high sensitivity, less power consumption. The main work is as follows:1. With a single roller rapid quenching to prepare FeCoNbSiB and FeSiBPCu amorphous ribbons samples, the effect of current annealing on FeCoNbSiB alloy thin belt of giant magneto impedance effect in detail. Research results show that when the current best current annealing of FeCoNbSiB alloy thin belt is approximately 40A/mm2 the impedance ratio can reach 1800%, and a current of 40A/mm2 plus 108Mpa Zhang Yingli annealing FeCoNbSiB thin strip sample, the other one is 500 ℃ temperature annealed FeSiBPCu thin strip samples, two samples at the same time the coil the realization of the non symmetric, samples of GMI,-160A/m and 160A/m in the magnetic field strength range sensitivity is 4.375%/(A·m-1).2. Developed the two section based on the magnetic sensor giant magneto impedance effect, and performance measurement.2.1 drive signal for the GMI magnetic sensor sine wave in-651.14-325.57A/m has a good linearity, and its sensitivity is 3.49 mV/A-m-1, and the nonlinear error of only 0.016v, the maximum repeatability error is 0.013v, the maximum hysteresis error is 0.012v;2.2 drive signal for pulse GMI magnetic sensor wave in-279.06-279.06A/m has a good linearity, and its sensitivity is 12.65 mV/A-m-1 and the nonlinear error of only 0.029v, the maximum repeatability error is 0.018v, the maximum hysteresis error is 0.019v, so the choice of pulse wave circuit as the main signal generating circuit.3. Three, use homemade magnetic sensor, a displacement measuring system is developed, measuring accuracy reached 10 microns, measurement range 13 mmThe comprehensive index, pulse GMI magnetic sensor wave driving is better sensor wave GMI magnetic sensor. But in the application of sensor should be taken into account in the overall situation of each index, it is found that both of them have high precision, large range, have a wide application prospect.
