Research Of Browsing Interface Of Web Database Based On CORBA

Database is a important topic in the field of application of computer. With the development of Internet and the present of CORBA. it's possible for us to build a new Internet database application system based on CORBA. In this paper,the technologies of CORBA and traditional web database and weh database based on CORBA are analyzed. The application model of CORBA in Web database is discussed in theorx. at the same time a CORB.A- based browsing interface of the Web database is designed. User can pellucidh access and publish database through some codes which are not related to database itself.This paper includes four parts. In the first,the limitation of traditional web database and the superiority of web database based on CORBA are expounded,which make us use CORBA to access database. The second pan of this paper analwes the technology of CORBA and traditional ueb database,as well as ueb database based upon CORBA. At the same time,the approach of constructing a CORBA-based web database application system is pointed out. In the third part,some theories in the CORBA-based browsing interface ol the Web database are described,such as proioeol of HOP. service of CORBA.And the scheme of designing the browsing interface is described. It is possible of applying C'ORBA to Web database application system. At last,the summarx of this paper,the advantage and the pending improvement of this svstem model are introduced.
