Network Watch System Based On The ProcessLogix

The rapid development of information technology results in the innovation of the traditional control system structure in the fields of automation transform and the enterprise information systems have been worked up netwok-integrated automation. As a result, network control system becomes the trends of whole industrial control.This thesis presents a method of online monitor of parameters of water in a refrigeration department, using the new real time network system ProcessLogix produced by the Rockwell-corporation in USA and the PLC, which has the ability of communication online, the parameter of water in the refrigeration department can be scout. The data collected by highly sensitive module used to collect datum and passed by sensor can be disposed by PLC, therefore-a real time monitoring can be achieved. Meanwhile based on the model of the cycle water in the refrigeration department, friendly MMI (man-machine interface) on manage computer is created to monitor the status using the configuration soft-components: ControlBuilder, QucikBuilder and DisplayBuilder, as well as and the script language VBScript to construct a networking monitor system for realizing the information integration.Based on analyzing the network topology of the ProcessLogix system, considering the characters of the information system, this thesis describes an implementation of online display and monitor. The great practice meaning and the long terms effect will be produced for using of the integrated control network technology. By adopting the state-of-arts hi-tech, it can be achieved to reform the traditional industry, promote remote management enhance productive efficiency, and save produce costs.Simultaneity, this paper analyzed the corresponding protocol adapted by the Processlogix system. In the foundation in familiar with the protocol, we can program its interfaces using the popular language C++ to communicate with the PLC interface, realize the monitor online. In this way, it benefits the reforms of the industrial equipments and upgrade of the network system.
