Studies On The Observation (1946—1948)--A Case Of The Modern Chinese Liberalism Publications

The Observation, during 1946-1948, is regarded as one of the most influencing publications in modern China. The academic researches on it is still be placed in the start stage. But the past researches mostly paid attention to the value of historical materials with the weekly. This article tries to study the Observation with a complete, systemic way. By studying the Observation and some liberalism intellectuals who coming together at its surrounding at period of 40 ages, the article makes a try to discuss modem Chinese liberlism's status, then tells the characters of modern Chinese liberalism publications.
