With the development of modern technology ,we have to face more complex problems in industry control process .Many uncertain factors, such as correlation, randomness will change incidentally when environment and time changes. But traditional control methods based on mathematical model can't solve these problems effectively. New control strategy has been seeking.First the backgrounds,improvements and principles of fuzzy control, neural networks are introduced. Then in view of the character of lager,nonlinear and hard to establish model ,the paper used associative memory neural network as the modeling tool, and pick-up the feature of controlled objects preparing for further control. This paper designed a new fuzzy neural network controller which used improvement algorithm based on back propagation network, through which the controller can optimize its parameters so as to get ideal output. The results of simulation show that this strategy is feasible in industrial.The density system is one of the classical systems in lager,nonlinear industry control. With associative memory neural network as identification and fuzzy neural network as control established model reference adaptive control system which has been succeed applied in density control system. It also supplied new method for other related domain.
