The correlative knowledge of the microwave-relay-communication is expatiated in this dissertation. In this part, the two anterior chapters mainly discuss the various basic theories used by the designing for the propagation paths of the electric wave. The theories include the computation methods for the fade and the loss of various propagation paths and obstructions, the engineering estimation methods of the flat fading and frequency selected fading, the designing methods of space diversity and frequency diversity, etc. At the same time, the special designing method of the sea-across path is discussed in detail. Then, the optimized designing method for the height of antennas is presented based on the theories that are existed. In chapter 4, the basic theory of the optimized arithmetic and its application in the designing for the antennas are discussed, and the flow chart of the optimized arithmetic is given. Another aspect of this dissertation is the network application system for the microwave relay communication CAD designing. The various propagation paths and the special landform are sorted out, and the corresponding essentials for every designing are stated in detail. The functions and the using methods of the system are also illustrated. In chapter 5, the composing and the frame of the propagation path designing system based on JAVA language are introduced. And the realization of every part of the system are also discussed-including the web pages of the propagation path designing and the querying web pages of the database which are based on the JSP, Java Servlet and Java Applet. As the auxiliary function of the system, the equipment database and curve database based on the SQL Server are also included. The dissertation not only contains the pages of the propagation path designing and the database querying pages in the appendix, but also gives a designing example. At last, a summary for the practicability of the system is presented.
