In recent years, global use of the network and computer become ever more ubiquitous among the general population. The explosive growth of Internet and of distributed object computing general has led to significant technology improvements in several domains. Component significantly reduces the burden on application programmers by relieving them of this kind of tedious and error-prone programming. Unlike traditional software development, which required each application to build from scratch.COM enables developers to create complex applications using a series of small software object(COM component).China is a country lack of water resources, And disaster frequency. So, precise, real time, good GUI hydrology forecasting support flood control, resist drought, water conservancy project design and management; water resource reasonable usage. Distributed Frequency Curve system Based on Time Sequence, which is very important in flood forecasting and flood dispatching.This pager compares with 3 main stream component technologies, Focus on DCOM, and analysis network architecture, security architecture, apartment tech etc. Based on water resource field traits, present a Client/Agent/Server module. This system are robust, scalable, safe, reusable, distributed applications.
