Construction mental structure products are the products that the enterprises of Construction metal structure design or manufacture, including doors and windows, curtain walls, skylights, etc. During the course of construction mental structure products' designing and manufacturing, there're some widespread problems such as large amounts of information, long design cycle, high error rate and time after time rehandling, etc. So it is significant to develop the system of Computer Aided Engineering for construction mental structure products.Based on the 863/CIMS object product -"the system of Computer Aided Design and Product Management for construction mental structure products", this paper studies the system of Computer Aided Engineering for construction mental structure products, which include the following content:Firstly, conbined the characteristic of Construction metal structure enterprises, this paper analyses the problems of traditional design process, offers the design target and brings forward the architecture and running mode of the system which based on client/server.Secondly, this paper studies the application of software component and software reuse technology, data management and data exchange technology, open design technology in the system.Finally, this paper applies the foregoing architecture and key technologies, develops the system of Computer Aided Engineering for construction mental structure products. This system can fulfill the calculation and analysis for the structure and produce the calculation book automatically.The system is a subsystem of the Computer Aided Design and Production Management (CADPM), it can integrate several other systems of CADPM perfectly, besides, it can extend and transplant. The system solves many key problems in engineering analysis for construction mental structure products and has the characteristic of practicality and flexibility. It is suitable for the manufacturing and construction enterprises of construction mental structure products. It can shorten the design cycle, improve the design quality, most important of all, it can lead the enterprises to the road of scientific and standardization. |
