In this paper .We first introduce the basic concept of time-frequency analysis,include short-time Fourier analysis. Then the rotor s vibration signal is analyzed by time frequency.Second,introduce the dyadic wavelet analysis,and use it realized the signal monitor and analysis to the turbine compressor ,obtained the detail signal and approach signal at different frequency parts of the compressor s original signal .One type of electromotor that made in China is choose ,and it s noise is tested .The noise signal is analyzed by wavelet analysis and spectrum analysis .Several high spectral peaks that make people hearing disameniry are found .By contrast with theory calculating results and farther analysis .the cause that producing these spectral peaks is located .Third,the fractal analysis of practice vehicle s vibration signal is researched considing commonly state and complex state.Fourth,the monitor and fault diagnosis of vehicle transmission system s vibration signal is researched .The mode testing and analysis of automobile s transmission system is achieved in the first step .The vibration amplitude testing and analysis on vertical direction about even,parts of automobile s transmission system is achieved then .The next testing and analysis of automobile s transmission system is considering the effect of different elasticity of absorber .At last item of this part,the dynamic intensity testing and analysis of automobile s transmission system is achieved .Considering various affect factor .the conclusion is educed by synthesized analysis.
