The multi-dsp real-time system is developed, which can be used to position and recognize the wafer pin. It is base on the digital image processing technology.This system is a real-time system. The system adopt computer with the picture acceleration card to the real-time process. In the software the system use the fast algorithms to improve the image processing and parameter operating speed. This article discusses the DSP+CPLD composition and operation principle on the image collection and processing. Then this article discusses the fast algorithms about the threshold and template matching.In the end of the article the author puts forward the advanced project with the TMS320C6000. All of these will be helpful to the further study.
