America's broadcasting industry is the most developed and owns the longest history in the world. Up to now,whether the developing level of broadcasting technology or the growing degree of media market,whether the establishing of related rule and law or the international influence of its multinational media groups,America's broadcasting industry is regarded as a pioneer of the other countries. In the last ten years of the last century,America's broadcasting industry changes greatly,and globalization,market trend,the concentrating and monopolizing of media capital,and the impact of new technology result in the market regrouping of the broadcasting industry. This change indicates the new characteristic and tendency of the broadcasting market,and has a profound effect on the global broadcasting system.
