A Study On Design Of Engineering Database And Research Of Semantic-Object Data Model For Die CAD System

Nowadays,development and exploitation of CAD become the promising discipline in computer integration manufacture system environment along with rapid development of computer aided design. The principle of product design & manufacture procedure is the collection,transfer,processing and transaction procedure of information,which is externalized by technology integration whose feature is information integration,and traditional way of data organization can not describe and express product design information. In this thesis,we presents semantic-object data model whose definition combines semantic information,such as knowledge and rules,with object-oriented technology according to the design feature of CAD system,define semantic-object engineer template combine with template knowledge express way. In the template,design information is connected by the relationship of objects. So,date management is improved and a lot of complex semantic information is defined availably. The objected-oriented engineering template constructs organic relation between design and manufacture,realizes opposition and consolidate of integration and separation of geometry & manufacture information. For complex object,its hierarchical structure and dynamic data structure can be expressed effectively by simple and tight-knit way. At last,utilizing the object-oriented technology,we develop a engineer database system of die CAD aiming at deficiency of the applying traditional database to engineer,introduce the logic design and architecture of engineer database system and discuss several key technologies of engineer database system.
