THE RESEARCH AND REALIZATION OF Internet SHOPPING SYSTEM BASED ON ELECTRONIC CHECK

The development of Internet stimulates the development of Electronic Commerce (EC) and all kinds of EC web sprung up like mushrooms. Although they offer convenient service and many kinds of products, the majority cannot be accepted by net denizen .why? Inconvenient payment and the insecurity of dealing on Internet is the reason that major net denizen hesitate.Intact EC can be done on network smoothly, including the issuance of EC information, the negotiation between two sides and signing contract. It is a complex system .EC is the integrated application of the computer technology, the most important is payment and security. Network payment support many mode, including credit card, electronic check and electronic cash, etc. At present, electronic check is mostly applied to B2B EC and its network media is special network only supporting EDI.EC Web is the important mode of B2C and Internet shopping will be an important way of shopping .At present, EC Web only support traditional and single payment. Cash on delivery and mail order is applied. The EC web supporting electronic payment is mostly depending on credit card. Their complex operation and course bring net denizen inconvenience. In addition, it has security risk, for example, the electronic order is not signed and the deal can be denied. So we should discover a more convenient payment to drive the Internet shopping.The aim of EC Web is to make profit. So a payment system that is low cost, convenient, secure and high efficiency is the aim of EC researcher.This paper aims at the payment of EC Web, and study applying the electronic check to Internet shopping and effectively solve the security question in Internet shopping. First, this paper applied the mature security technology (digital signature .etc) to solve the security of electronic check in theory. In another word, how to meet the request of secrecy, integrity, identity identification, resisting denial by using electronic check in Internet shopping. Second ,1 analyses in a special environment(OS is WINDOWS 2000 SERVER, programme environment is IIS, CryptAPl, Certificate Server, ActiveX) and give a programme on how to make a electronic check Internet shopping .Finally, in order to meet the request of motor EC system(chongqing information industry development fund project),I applied the technology and theory of EC,Internet,database and made a convenient .simple-structure, security network shopping system .it can be applied to the retail of motor and correlative product.
