As an important process of Supply Chain Management (SCM), administration of distribution network is attached importance by enterprise along with development of information technologies (IT) and economic via network. How to minimize the out-of-stock or overstock probability is the important task for administration of distribution network. Based on theories of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Distribution Resource Planning (DRP), an improved method for distribution network Management Information System (MIS) stressing on integration of DRP&CRM is proposed in this dissertation. Combining with information technologies such as WWW, database and analysis of data, a corresponding prototype is developed as ZX Machine Group's application.In chapter 1, the development of DRP and CRM is summarized. Based on analysis of administration of distribution network's requirement and developing trend, the research content of this dissertation is proposed.In chapter 2, three styles of CRM are proposed based on systemic analysis of CRM. The central technology of analysis CRM, such as data warehouse (DW), Data Mining (DM) is discussed. Furthermore, a self-contained System Model of CRM is structured.In chapter 3, the theory of DRP and the basic function and frame of DRP system are analyzed. The need, feasibility and approach of integration of DRP&CRM for distribution network MIS are discussed from three points of view such as integration of information, consolidation of system functions and business process reengineering.An instance about the management of order forms is set out in chapter 4 to expatiate the way for DRP and CRM to integrate in the distribution network MIS through the whole management process such as forecast, confirmation, disassembling, execution and control.In chapter 5, a realization of distribution network MIS based on integration of DRP & CRM is discussed. Its network model and general system construction are present based on internet/intranet technology. The database model on the combination of Client/Server (C/S), Browser/Server (B/S) and off-line asynchronous operations of data replication is put forward.Chapter 6 dedicates to the description of the prototype's overall scheme and function modules with ZX Machine as the user. At last, the interface of system frame and evaluation of the result of practice are given.At the end of the dissertation, the creative research achievements and the directions of future research are summarized.
