As the new generation of Radar Signal Processing system puts forward a higher demand for real-time, calculating accuracy, dynamic scale and data processing capacity. Consequently, a large scale real-time parallel processing is pressing and imperative. Parallel signal processing reduces the time of processing a task by multiple processor working together. Combined with typical function of Radar signal processing, such as quadrature interpolation, adaptive equalization, adaptive side-cancel and pulse compressing. With the general signal processing board comprised by ADSP2106X, the paper carries out partial tasks of Radar signal processor by programming in ADSP2106X assembly language. The hardware of the designed processor is compatible, and the assemble language of ADSP2106 is highly paralleled, flexible and user-friendly. In case of later changes of the signal processing task, only a corresponding change in software mode instead of a large-scale software revision would be evolved. It is justified to say this system is highly adaptable and totally programmable.
