Study On Knowledge-Based Mechanism Conceptual Design System

The core of modem product design is creative design. Substaintial characterristic ofproduct conceptual design is creativity. As the stage of product design reflectingintelligence of human and influencing scheme quality most sufficiently.,product conceptualdesign is considered as the most important technique of product design.So it is important toresearch product conceptual design and conceptual creative design.In this paper.a general product conceptual design process model is provided byanalyzing product design and product conceptual design. Then based on this, creativemethod of product conceptual design stage is analyzed by using resource model.innovativly.A conclusion is provided that computer aided product conceptual creative design is feasibleby utilizing existing resource quality .Based forementioned theory of product conceptualdesignknowled Coneeptual Design,Creative system is created. according tocharacterristic of mechanism resource ,mechanism resource is divided from the aspect offunction and different method of knowledge representation and knowledge storage isapplied in order to make system more efflcent. combination in serious of mechanismconverting locomotion is analyzed in detail and sevral arithmetic is presented. The fuzzysynthetical evaluation and hierarchy analysis method is discussed and the paper combinesthese two methods to evaluate mechanism schemes.in order to decresase designerssubjective influence while assigning weigl~t of evaluation index Finally based on before-mentioned work,a knowledge-based mechanism conceptual design software system isdeveloped.
