In order to meet developing new type manufacture technology of aviation container, In this paper, we develop an Object-Orientation CAD soft for shaping of spherical container according to characteristics and trend of CAD. The soft makes use of many new developing skills including data-base integration, 3D parametric feature model, lop- Down for assembly and Finite Element Method. Therefor, we can design a set of die and technology easily and quickly for a new task by means of using this soft. we make an useful attempt of using a integrative course which includes designing, calculating and simulating. 3_D parametric feature model contains completely data information about part. The feature parametric design tied in multi-graph of geometrical-shell, forming a virgin semantic entity with "feature"operation unit. In this way, the design and modification of parametric part based on feature become very advantageous. At the same time, It improves the efficiency and veracity of design. In order to realize integration ,the developer creates several date-base tables which comprise of information fQr parameters. To satisfying mechanical engineers demand, the soft adopts top-down's design methods . Through the previous model, not only the parametric retrofit design of 3_D assembly drawing is carried out, but also the incorporate design of 2D part and assembly drawing parametric is achieved. Through using Finite Element method , the user can make a deforming simulation of workpiece. you can make a judgement whether the transmutation of workpiece is rationality and optimization. Program uses object-oriented method . the whole software system is developed in Visual C++ language and ARX which is the most advanced programming environment in the AutoCAD Release 14 Software Development Kit (SDK) at present.
