The spectra of airborne radar are much wider. Phased array antenna is usually introduced and the data processing mode is adopted as spatial梩emporal two-dimensional joint processing to suppress clutter. A new simulating method making use of some results of one-dimensional sea clutter simulation and combining with actual physical procedure is raised in the article. A satisfied result has been obtained at different PRF. The simulating method and idea are also available for some other two-dimensional clutter simulation.Under irradiating of the high resolution radar, the echoes of large worship targets on the sea have complex wave shape. It will approach to Gaussian distribution after accumulating sea clutter along with one dimensional range images, which can achieve signal detection in advantage of higher order cumulant and spectra. Some concepts such as inclination, kurtosis, integrated bispectra and integrated tiispectra have been defined according the project. Lots of comparison among several detection methods is made at various signal to clutter ratios. Part fractal characters will be preserved when the radars electromagnetic wave reacts with the surface that possesses fractal characters. Sea clutter and artificial objects have different fractal dimensions. In the article lots of test and verify work combining with project practice will be done employing box fractal dimension, whose characters and algorithms will be discussed at the same time.
