Nowadays, the scholars and leaders of school concern organizational culture of school and teachers'job satisfaction. In the view of school management, diverse cultures, impact of economic environment and features of social development need the application of the theory of organizational culture management in school. In the view of teachers, organizational culture of school affects the cognition and values tendency of teachers. Teachers'job satisfaction affects the working enthusiasm of teachers and the promise for school. Therefore, it is important for us to consider the relationship between the organizational culture of school and teachers ' job satisfaction. The study aims at learning the relationship between the organizational culture of school and teachers ' job satisfaction, discuss the aspects of middle school teachers'job satisfaction who are under different conditions . In terms of organizational culture management, boosting middle school teachers'job satisfaction and providing objective basis for middle school leaders.In this study, we adopt the methods of questionnaire investigation and personal interview. Using random sample method, we give out 400 questionnaires in 8 middle school of Zhoukou city , callback 351 questionnaires, at last, we get 323 available questionnaires, and the rate of available questionnaires is 80.75%. We adopt SPSS13.0 to analyze the data by the way of Pearson Correlation, Regression, ANOVA and Mean Analysis.Through the study on the relationship between organizational culture of school and teachers'job satisfaction, we find that several aspects of organizational culture affect teachers ' job satisfaction ,such as the values, the sense of participation, team awareness, service awareness and the sense of innovation and so on. Meanwhile, the values of school have a direct effect on teachers'job satisfaction, for instance, leadership and management satisfaction, environment and resources satisfaction, relationship between colleagues satisfaction, pay and rewards satisfaction, and professional identity satisfaction . The sense of participation of school also have a direct effect on teachers'job satisfaction, for example, leadership and management satisfaction, environment and resources satisfaction, relationship between colleagues satisfaction, pay and rewards satisfaction, and working pressure satisfaction. The team awareness affect teachers ' job satisfaction, such as environment and resources satisfaction, pay and rewards satisfaction, professional identity satisfaction ,and working pressure satisfaction . The service awareness of school has something to do with the relationship between colleagues satisfaction and professional identity satisfaction. The sense of innovation of school influence teachers'pay and rewards satisfaction. According to the research conclusions, we suggest that we take the following measures to boost teachers'job satisfaction. First, the leaders of middle school should cultivate the values of school and conduct teachers'pursuit. Second, the leaders of middle school should develop democratic management and boost teachers'sense of participation. Third, leaders of middle school should cultivate the team sense of school and promote teachers'cohesion. Forth, the leaders of middle school should boost the service sense of school .Finally, the leaders of middle school should cultivate the sense of innovation of school and teachers'job evaluation. At last, we obtain a win-win development in both school and teachers.
