Mathematics study indicates that it is impossible for most students to study mathematics effectively by listening and imitating merely .Students must construct their mathematics comprehensive ability according to their own present experience. The dialog teaching is helpful for students to understand, construct and produce knowledge. Therefore, implementing the dialog teaching in the high school mathematics teaching has special significance. But how can teachers transform the dialog teaching from the theory shape to the practice habit? Moreover, the high school is facing the college entrance examination, although education towards exam has the malpractice in fostering the talent, education for all-around development, if does not have one kind of feasible pattern to let the student make progress, is certainly"puts on the new shoes to take the old route"."Asynchronous study to advance together"dialog teaching pattern derives from the individual differences in students, their understanding ability and knowledge foundation is different. In order that all students have the development, they must unify the explanation by alone study or the group studies according to own situation before the teacher acts, then the teacher carries on the particular guidance or the group instructs. Such students' study and teacher's counseling is asynchronous. Students can reduce disparity and have the preparation for teaching contents through asynchronous teaching. What the teacher says is precisely what the students think. So students' enthusiasm will enhance. Students make progress together by studying independently, discussing, the teacher's fine speaking, reflecting. This is core content of this paper.The model includes three class types and four steps. Three kinds of class types are as follows: (1) asynchronous self-study lesson, (2) advance together dialogue lesson, (3) summary lesson; four steps are: study, ask, speculate and do. The implementation of "asynchronous study to advance together " dialogue teaching model, should follow the following principles: (1)the principle of democracy and equality, (2)the principle of active participation, (3) students'questions-centered principle,(4)the principle of concertrating on process knowledge,(5) the principle of teaching for understanding , (6) the principle of reflection. The implementation of "asynchronous study to advance together " dialogue teaching model should follow the following strategy(1) Give the students sufficient time to self-study and encourage them to give personal questions; (2) focus on group discussion; (3)change the forum for the teacher himself to the forum for students and teachers together; (4)let students learn to reflect and learn to sum up.In order to confirm the validity, the superiority and the feasibility of this pattern, I have carried on an experimental study on"asynchronous study to advance together"dialog teaching pattern in the high school mathematics teaching. I have found that this pattern not only improve students ' mathematics result, but enhance student's study interest , change cognitive style, transforms student's attitude towards mathematics and let students study well .
