Weightlifting always has been playing an important role in the world, it also does a significant effect to China in become a strong sport country. There is lots of valuable training experience behind the outstanding results, theory of exchange of coaches training experience has an important role on the development of China's weightlifting. Xiang-xiang Zhang won the national championship for the first time in 1999, this has a great significance to his post-training and achievements. The preparation of the Forth City Games is very successful, it lays a solid foundation for Xiang-xiang Zhang's first national champion. Based on literature, interviews, mathematical statistics and practical lessons learned and so on, the passage does a statistical analysis to Xiang-xiang Zhang's Summer Training of 1999, July 4th to August 28th, conclusions are following:There are 8 weeks in Summer Training of 1999 of Xiang-xiang Zhang, the features of summer training are:the number of training Course per week changes obviously; reflects the protraction from basic training to pre-competition training. The summer training does an important role for Zhang:his performance markedly improved; it lays a solid foundation for he becomes national championship for the first time.On the training courses of Summer Training of 1999 of Xiang-xiang Zhang, the number of training classes of clean and jerk is more than snatch, the number of snatch training courses is decreasing trend, and content of snatch training is melting into the comprehensive training lesson. As the competition draws near, physical training sessions are gradually reduced or even abolished, the comprehensive training lesson which has content of snatch training and clean and jerk training is an increasing trend.The training content of Summer Training of 1999 of Xiang-xiang Zhang can be divided into:snatch, clean and jerk, strength of leg, little muscle group and targeted training classes. the selection of action and arrangements of load are reasonable from the training process and the effect; targeted training class is based on athletes own strengths and weaknesses, leg strength of Zhang is relatively good, the waist power, elbow lifting are weak, the training that Zhang's coacher arranges is more reasonable.Training content in summer training of 1999 of Xiang-xiang Zhang can be divided into 9 types:the snatch, clean and jerk, wide pull-type, narrow pull-class, high-grasping, high-turn, squatting on the Chest, squatting on the neck, support type (including wide pushing), etc.The arrangement of training content is reasonable from statistics; training load intensity in the snatch, clean and jerk technical training is mainly arranged between 85%-95%, pull training is mainly arranged between 100-110%, squatting on the Chest and squatting on the neck training is also mainly arranged between 100-110%, and Xiang- xiang Zhang strengthening the technical of Clean and jerk and core strength training.In effective intensity, the total training load of the Summer Training of 1999 of Zhang is 469584 kg, the maximum load is 72844kg of the 8th week. The basic training period showed a trend of little ups and downs, as the game draws near, the training goes into the pre-race period in the 7th and 8th week, the load increase in evidence; the load of class plays the same; reasonable arrangement of the load has laid a good foundation to improvement of Zhang's performance and his sustainable development.
