| The sudden epidemic situation forced sports competitions to press the pause button,and various sports events were faced with the dilemma of rescheduling,relocation or cancellation,which greatly affected the athletes’ preparation training.Taking this as the background,this study aims to study the load characteristics of strength training of Chinese Elite Swimmer Zhang Yufei in preparation for the 2020 National Swimming Championship,and to explore how,under the influence of the global epidemic,Chinese Elite Swimmer Zhang Yufei adjusts her training in the face of the postponement of many domestic and international events,so as to cope with the current situation of event suspension and further affect her sports performance,In order to learn from the experience for our grass-roots physical fitness coaches reference,provide a certain theoretical basis.Research methods: data statistics,expert interviews,image analysis and other research methods were used to analyze the arrangement of Zhang Yufei’s periodic strength training,specifically analyze the load characteristics of different periodic strength training after adjustment due to the impact of the epidemic,and clarify the objectives and effects of Zhang Yufei’s different periodic strength training;In addition,in order to verify that the training plan adjusted for the epidemic situation can play a role,this study will select Zhang Yufei’s whole race pace in the 2019 Gwangju World Championship and the 2020 national championship 100 m Butterfly event for comparative analysis,and trace back the key links of Zhang Yufei’s breakthrough in competition results based on the improvement of strength level.Results:(1)change of periodic arrangement: affected by the COVID-19,the physical fitness coach adjusted the original Bi periodic arrangement to multi periodic arrangement.(2)Load characteristics of strength training in different cycles: the first cycle of Zhang Yufei mainly focuses on consolidating the basic strength and giving priority to the development of upper limb absolute strength;In the second cycle,the Olympic weightlifting derivative action-barbell high pull was added,and the overall load intensity was increased;In the third cycle,while strengthening the basic strength,carry out targeted training on the legs,back and core areas;In the fourth cycle,the strength level was mainly maintained,and the proportion of enhanced training in the pre competition stage increased significantly.(3)Test results of different cycles: Zhang Yufei’s strength quality has been greatly improved in different cycles,and her competition performance and strength quality performance show a synchronous upward trend.From the competition results of different cycles during the epidemic period,the fluctuation is obvious.In the second test competition,the ideal results were not achieved.The mean value of subjective physical feeling(RPE)before the competition fluctuated with the competition results.(4)Analysis of competition technology: Zhang Yufei’s 100 m Butterfly competition technology in 2020 championship is 1.29 s and 1.02 s higher than that in 2019 world championship;The total score increased by 2.31 s,with an increase rate of 3.99%;The average speed of each stage of the en route tour is faster than that of the 2019 Gwangju World Championships in South Korea.The average stroke frequency of the mid route tour is the most significant,while the average stroke amplitude of the mid route tour only decreases by 0.06m/ time.Research conclusions:(1)affected by the initial epidemic situation in 2020,Zhang Yufei’s cycle arrangement changed the original dual cycle to the multi cycle with competition instead of practice.The load intensity of four cycles is compared longitudinally,and the second cycle reaches the highest;The amount of load training shows wave shape changes at different stages of each cycle.The competition period is relatively small,and the preparation period is the most.(2)Zhang Yufei’s strength training during the preparation for the 2020 national championship is mainly based on the basic strength with multi joint training movements and 8-12 load intensity.Secondly,with the promotion of the training stage,with each stage to carry out targeted special strength,comprehensively improve the overall strength level,which has a significant impact on the sports performance.(3)During Zhang Yufei’s preparation for the 2020 championship,the foreign coaches always followed the changes of the athletes’ RPE,and adjusted the training load according to the actual situation,so that Zhang Yufei’s competitive status gradually recovered in the next two cycles,and finally achieved the best competitive status in the most important event of the year.(4)Zhang Yufei’s strength training during the preparation for the 2020 national championship has distinctive characteristics,especially the upper limb strength training and core strength training.The training content always adheres to the characteristics of the project.The weight-bearing pull-up and a large number of back auxiliary training throughout the four cycles also confirm that Zhang Yufei has not only maintained the original average stroke width,but also increased the average stroke frequency,which has greatly improved the average swimming speed,Finally,a historic breakthrough was made. |
