3000m steeplechase, is an important content of middle-long-distance training,as well as an important training method of3000m steeplechase.Long winter off-season make athletes have plenty of time to accumulate energy and the climate in winter can help improve cardiopulmonary function,etc.So it can make athletes’s physical reach the best state.From the point of athletes psychological,it can cultivate strong will quality and the ability to play competition independently.That is to say winter training is an important stage of groundwork.In a word,it practiced in the winter and win in today.This research uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview method,mathematical statistics, logic analysis and and other research methods,depends on the theory of track and field training,in order to study the winter training plans for Lin Xiang-Qian as an excellent men3000m steeplechase racer in China.The research concentrates on winter training method,load,restore,cohesion play after the winter training,monitoring,and so on.And tries to outline a panorama,which reveals the inner dialectical feasibility.At the same time, we intend to put forward some corresponding suggestion.Main conclusions are as follows:l,The winter training method consists of aerobic endurance,mixed oxygen endurance,anaerobic endurance,strength,quality training,improve technical training class;as well as the psychological training.Through basic training,physical stamina and tactics ability training,special training, and training in the two projects.2,The winter training loads and the arrangement of training rhythm are reasonable,and bring additional loads advantages at the same time. In this way, it can guarantee a certain load, and increase the load intensity, which increases mainly through the training load. 3,The winter training recovery methods have the common recovery way and the comprehensive course in company with different types of courses,which can arrange a reasonable relaxation in the trainin-g..4,The body monitoring indexes mainly include multiple perspectives such as quality and physiological index,blood index,which means a truly scientific sports training.5,After the winter training,the corresponding "extending training" content are mainly a reasonable volume and proper training intensity.6,From the improved results, we can see the forest can improve the forward movement,and science plans is the precondition of training.Main suggestions are as follows:1,The overall training intensity is low comparatively, it may affect the body s excess resume, we suggest that increase the specific volume appropriately.2,The training structure in domestic is commonly used, which is twice a day, we should design new training mode and new structure of training session.3,The detection indexes should be compared with the whole plan and their own athletes. In the same time, we should pay attention to the muti-dimensional application.4,Training methods used commonly is simulation run,we should increase the harmless games between players.5,Strengthen the scientific research in3000m steeplechase, including characteristics, the way of power and energy. We can not use the physiological regularity of middle long distance.6,Strengthen athletes’ obligation supervision and exert their initiative fully.
