Harmonious class culture plays an implicit role that can not be ignored.During the process from "exam-oriented education" to "quality education" innovative education is the core of quality education. In high schools,as a teaching subject, biology teaching is eligible to cultivating innovative talents, it has a natural advantage in the implementation of innovative education. It is significant to cultivate students'innovative talents on biology.A harmonious cultural construction of classes is a strong environmental factor to develop and foster a strong innovation ability of students, biology in high school is an important science courses, and also a strong practical subject.《Ordinary high school curriculum standards in biology》emphasized that learning is a process to construct knowledge actively, develop capacities, form correct emotion, attitudes and values. Thus, it is very important and feasible to cultivate students'innovation combined with harmonious class culture in biology teatching, and it is also a key issue to shift the exam-oriented education to quality education.The topic combined quantitative research and qualitative research. It highlights the different effect of biology teaching in cultivate the students'innovation in different class cultural backgrouds. In order to test whether the culture of harmony class and capacity-building for innovation is of great relevance, experiments were implemented from errly in October, 2009 to December, 2009.The results showed that:⑴. Different class culture have different effects on interests in learning for students, the spirit of exploration and the innovative capacity.⑵. After a spell to implement the stategy, there is a elevation of students'innovative awareness and level of thinking, it suggests that to carry out innovation education in biology teaching is feasible.⑶. Better results of innovation education strategy come from Classes with more harmony class culture, that is accord with the expectation effect. It also implies that it is helpful to cultivate students'innovation to combine building harmony class culture with biology teaching in high school, it can improve students'innovation capacity finnally.⑷. The students have strong sense to participate in this research. However, in the consider of waste of learning time, a democratic atmosphere and spirit of cooperation is not enough.
