The educational curriculum structure for training the pre-service teachers in Teachers Universities has long been of concern. The students, practising as full time teachers for the vacancies in the Basic education schools for a longer time than usual, generally about a semester or a year, and completely replacing an in-service post, bear all the same teaching and educational responsibility with the in-service teachers. What will be reflected on the intern-teachers through the practising about their ability and capability for teaching and what advantages and disadvantages can be found in the educational curriculum structure? This study aims at knowing the intern-teachers by participant observation, questionnaires, and interviewing the students and staff concerned.Through the questionnaires and interviewing, it is found that, in general, the intern-teachers proved to be qualified and obtain the Modern ideology of education and they were good at adjusting themselves to the rough situation and facing the challenges. On the contrary, some flaws of the the educational curriculum structure in teachers universities were mirrored. Most of the intern-teachers hold the view that the teaching skills courses need to be strengthened. Especially, in their opinion, the micro-teaching is of little help to them in practice. They point out that only when teachers and students are combined, it comes to an indeed education situation. The micro-teaching and the actual process of education and teaching are two different things. In addition, other teaching skills are to be improved. In addition, the interns-teachers are lack of relative knowledge in educational theory, especially about class managing as well as the psychological development of the teen-agers. Through practising, the intern-teachers draw a conclusion that educating are more of teaching the students knowledge. So, in my opinion, in order to meet the development of our country and train qualified teachers for the basic education, the teachers universities need to reform the educational curriculum structure in a short time.
