This dissertation focuses on the discrimination to the female university students. And the logic of this dissertation is as followings, i.e. searching problems, discovering problems, analyzing problems and thinking about problems. All the issues are supported by the facts, all the issues are supported by data and all by mature theories.These years, the supply is much more than the demand in the university students'labor market, which means enterprises'choices are much vaster. All this is helpful to the occurrence of discrimination of female university students. Especially some of enterprises may carry out discriminate by recessive means.The theories of discrimination are now rich and mature. In economics field, Becker's theory is the most important. Phelps's curve gives us a new analyzing policy environment. In sociology, the theories are helpful as well, which can be used to discover the harmfulness of discrimination. In management filed, comparable worth is given. And compensation system based on competency is mentioned, too.The conclusion of this dissertation is that the discrimination to the female university students exists objectively. I select entering permission discrimination, promotion discrimination and compensation discrimination as the key indexes.There are six main parts in this dissertation. Part 1 is the introduction. In this part, I introduced the background of this topic, the analyzing method and the train of thought. Meanwhile, document summary is also made. By browsing these documents home and abroad, I find out that the discrimination exists abroad, too and foreign researchers also study on this topic. The structure of document summary is, discrimination, employment discrimination, and the study of university students'employment.Part 2 is the theory basis. They come from economics, sociology and human resource management. Part 3 is the depiction of the current situation of discrimination to female university students. I think the inner means of the discrimination is the mutual influence of prejudice, breaking and culture. Then there are the traits of discrimination, which trend to the types of discrimination to female university students.Part 4 is the evidence research and cause analysis. The data I used in the analysis are from a database which is based on the questionnaires of 30 provinces in China. I analyze the causes in the viewpoint of human resource management mainly, and insert some other elements such as finance crisis.Part 5 are the measures. I emphasize in the dissertation that discrimination can not be eliminated completely but diminished and released by some forced policies or some management tools.Part 6 is the conclusion of this dissertation. In this part, I showed the results of empirical research and mentioned the drawback and innovation of this dissertation.
