Educational Concept is a product of theoretical thinking. Changes in educational concept is based on more realistic needs of the community, to meet human needs for the concept of change.The same view of the evolution of physical education after all is the inevitable product of social development, which is supporting powerful ideological weapon for social change. The success of the Beijing Olympic Games held on Chinese sports (school sports, competitive sports, social sports) the shock and the concept of physical education of their people's influence on the current circumstances, this is very to significant effect.Conceptual study from the reform and opening up 30 years of the formation of the Chinese concept of physical education, evolution and development of the motive for revealing the past 30 years reform and openi ng up view of physical education in China in different periods, different features and deep-seated problems encountered, can we a clear understanding of the Chinese sports in the performance of self-development process of understanding the strengths and needs in a timely manner and correct the deficiencies is good. Values of physical education at the same time understanding the differences arising out of the corresponding problems and its performance is also needed to be answered in this study deep-seated problems.This article aims to deepen the reform and development of New China's sports to provide a theoretical reference for the modern concept of physical education and sports development to provide a new theoretical research perspective.In this paper, literature research, expert advice, comparative analysis, logical reasoning and other research methods.Through 30 years of reform and opening up of China has the typical characteristics of the "Skills Theory","Physical Theory" and "Lifetime Sports" and "Quality Sports","Health First","People First "concept of physical education such as a brief review of development phase,to analyze the concept of physical education every background and characteristics;and expounded China's reform and opening up 30 years from the" Skills Theory "to" Physical Theory ","Physical "to"Lifelong Physical Theory "and"Quality Education"and"Lifetime Sports "and"Quality Education "to"Health First","Health First "to"people-oriented "concept of physical education change;in concept development, analysis of different concept of physical education a central feature of change, to explore its advantages and disadvantages, and the analysis of each concept in the reform of physical education on the impact of physical education, clarify the concept of physical education in China in the development process, from abroad according to national conditions and made reference to the concept of physical education for different periods of the characteristics and rules.
