China is a large agricultural country, so agriculture has always been the foundation of China's national economy, peasants account for the majority of the country's population. At the same time, rural areas take up a large proportion in the social structure. To some extend, china's problem is the issues concerning agriculture, rural area and farmers. Sustained and stable development of China's social and economic development is inseparable to the development of rural areas. Main force of new country construction is peasants whose quality and educational background decide speed and result of rural economic development. As the backwardness of rural education, rural workforce average receive short years of education and the low level of overall quality result in immense human resources can't be converted to rich human capital, wasted human resources and affected the rural economic development. Thus, a breakthrough to solve this problem is the rural education.Based on the Schultz human capital theory, the paper explained the relationship between rural education and economic development, and pointed out the important role of economic development for rural education. Rural education play an important role in different aspects, such as improve the rural population's quality , speed up the process of agricultural industrialization ,transfer the rural surplus labor, educate the competent people for future development of rural area. Alongside the development of economy, rural area should improve the development of democracy and the legal system and the promotion of spiritual civilization, narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, promote the comprehensive development of rural society.Lvliang's slow development of the rural economy has much to do with weak education. At present, lvliang's rural education exists following problems: including shortage of rural educational funds and teachers, irrationality of school distribution and educational structure, loss of rural students , drop-out rally and so on. The backwardness of rural education result in low quality of labor force, lack of talented people in enterprises, low agricultural productivity, slow growth of peasant incomes and starting a business independently is arduous. All these questions have seriously handicapped lvliang economic development. The pepper put forwards three different educational mode, which is elementary education on the basis of combination of agriculture and education, vocational education on the basis of combination of school and enterprise ,adult education on the basis of combination of rural and school. Balancing educational structure of elementary education, vocational education and adult education and promoting coordinatie development of agriculture, science and education to expedite rural economic development of lvliang city. That is to say, we will combine agricultural labor technology training and basic curriculum in elementary education, unite enterprise and vocational school in vocational education. Also, the rural labor force at all levels are included in the scope of continuing education in adult education. Three kinds of education form an integrate educational system, which balancing the agriculture, science and education coordinated development, helps to find a sustainable way for coordinated development of rural education and local economy.
