Study On The Integrity Problem Of Impoverished Undergraduates In National Student Loan

With the expansion and the increased cost of higher education, the number of impoverished undergraduates has increased rapidly. Many college students can't afford the high tuition fees. In order to help impoverished undergraduates complete their studies successfully without the worry of the tuition, China has begun to implement student loan policy since 1999. This project plays an important role in alleviating the impoverished undergraduates'economic pressure and promoting of education equity. It provides more excellent talent resources for the community.The national student loan has helped many students to complete their studies successfully, but in recent years, there are problems in repaying. The phenomenon of overdue repayments and malicious arrears is extremely serious. A high proportion of default rates have made this project into an awkward position. Because of the weakness of integrity education, imperfection of credit system, college students often express the weakness of ethical standards of integrity in it. That is not only matters whether State-Subsidized Student Loan can enter a virtuous track, but also is related to whether Chinese students can complete their studies successfully and realize the value of life to provide the best possible stage. Therefore, how to maintain the integrity in state-subsidized educational loan is currently in urgent need of solution of our significant moral issue.Most of investigated reports in the past were too general or short of aim. This dissertation makes a breakthrough on the research and investigated the students who get help from the student's loan as the main researchers in two universities in Harbin. This article adopts scientific research methods both questionnaire survey and interview to get the related information and analysis. Based on empirical investigation, this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the honor status in impoverished undergraduate. The results show that the impoverished students lose honesty and credit for the following reasons:impact on family education, negative influence of society, improper college ethical education and historical lack of systematic ideological education. So the solution counter plan including strengthen the educational functions of families, reinforce the education of trust for undergraduate, consummate social support system and improve their self-quality.Beginning with the reasons for the phenomenon of lack honesty and credit and explore an effective path and methodology to solve these problems. Improving the moral integrity of impoverished undergraduate to better meet the needs of the community, it is not only the marrow of Socialism Nucleus Value System, but also play a very important role in instructing the construction of harmonious socialist society.
