The impace of Han culture weaken the Mongolian culture gradually.more and more Mongolian children learned Han language as a rusult the mother tongue has been forgotten. In order to inherit the Mongolian culture, The mogolian office of education issued a document to require the kindergarten to take the active behaviour to conduct the teaching of mogolian in order to meet the enrollment of the Mongolian primary school.So, teaching of Chinese and the Mongolian teaching addition become the most effective way of bilingual teaching form.The teaching ability of bilingual teacher becomes the top important factor of teaching children.
