Entering the information age, the group collaborative learning based on blackboard network study platform as a new teaching model makes great change on the education and learning method. The group collaborative learning based on blackboard network study platform is a new "learner-centered" teaching method, as well as a combination of independent exploratory learning method with lively communication teaching method, and also provided a learning environment for individual learner which can make the learning process rich, lively and interesting. This informational course learning environment pays attention to the interaction between learner and the learning environment, which is beneficial to the presentation of learners'Subjectivity, and also develops the learners'same feeling based on constantly interaction and feedback, so as to make the student experience, improve and grow up. Therefore, the practical application of group collaborative learning based on Blackboard network study platform is a new teaching attempt to adapt the future education reform and development.In this research, we described the theoretical foundation of group collaborative learning based on Blackboard network study platform, by constructing the collaborative learning environment, giving a detailed analysis to each link of the group collaborative learning based on Blackboard network study platform, on this basis choosing "International Political Conspectus course" to carry out the research of "group collaborative learning based on Blackboard network study platform".Chapter 1 is the exordium part, we described the research background of "group collaborative learning based on Blackboard network study platform", the research status of "group collaborative learning based on Blackboard network study platform"at home and abroad, the research purpose and significance, contents and methods.Chapter 2 is theory summary part, we reviewed the concept and theoretical basis of CL,CSCL and "group collaborative learning based on Blackboard network study platform", the theoretical basis including constructivist learning theory, group dynamics theory, situated (sharing)cognition theory.In chapter 3, we analyzed the teaching environment and the feasibility of carrying out the group collaborative learning in Blackboard network study platform, as well we constructed a model diagram of group collaborative learning environment based on blackboard network study platform to instruct the activity of group constructive study.In chapter 4, we designed, implemented and evaluated the group collaborative learning environment based on blackboard network study platform. The activity design stage includes analyzing students'characteristic, discussing collaborative learning strategies and methods, designing the content of collaborative learning, determining the collaborative learning group, creating collaborative learning situation. In the activity implement stage, first we illustrated the background of "International Political Conspectus course", then we implemented the collaborative learning activity from 4 side, which included selecting the group collaborative subject learning, developing the activity of group collaborative learning, real-time recording the video classroom of collaborative learning, monitoring and feedback group collaborative learning. At last we evaluated the group collaborative learning activity base on blackboard learning study platform by sending the self-evaluation and the group evaluation questionnaire in network platform, by designing the self-evaluation mutual-evaluation scale to the questionnaire with statistical data. Based on the data analysis we made formative assessment on students'learning process-oriented and summative evaluation on group collaborative learning outcome.Chapter 5 is research conclusions and reflection part. In the last part, we summarized and concluded the research conclusions, proposed the innovative points and the research limitation, as well to point out the further research direction.
