The Contemporary College Students' Values Education Countermeasure Research

Values education has long been an important part of ideological and political education in hign institutions. It relates to which characteristics to cultivate student and how to cultivate people's problems. With the rapid development of the market economy, the arrival of information age, the university student caught in the media, multicultural emerged into China, great changes took place in the value of the university student, Values education in hign institution face a dilemma, My paper reserches the contemporary status of and the features of the university students values and the main objective and subjective factors which affect the formation of values through analysis of value, the way to solve this proposed countermeasures. In order to make study objectivity, I selected university students study in Hunan Province as the research object, in term of research methods, we adhere to the combination of history and reality, theory and practice, qualitative and quantitative, speak of specific reaserch mothods,this paper adopts the literature, investigation, comparison etc.This thesis refere to the research results,and analyzes the reasons,then combine communication, education, sociology, psychology and put forward four countermeasures to solve the problem of college students'values education from four angles which include the education idea, the environment system, the education main body, the pattern and the method. First, establish the new education concept of people-oriented and practice and scientific system to guide student's value education. Second, optimize environment of society, the community, the media, the family and the campus, and establish the unified environment system in order to forms the education joint effort and strengthen effectiveness of the values education. Third, enhance self-construction of teachers through carefully selected teacher, Through the team training education of knowledge,skill training,quality and ability, and strengthen knowledge exchange, and improve their treatment and protection to build an excellent and professional team.Finaly, refer to pattern and method about the Chinese and foreign values educational, integrated advantage of mode and method to strengthen the teaching effect and train students'ability of cognition,analysis, judgement, internalizes the values,enhance university student initiative, deepen values education of university student.
