In recent years, the vocational education in our country have achieved supernormal development by leaps and bounds, but there are many problems, such as, the decline of educational resources relative quantity and the deficiency of investment and the low level of teachers'quality, the fierce competition of students'source, and so on. All these have restricted the development of higher vocational college. Moreover, it is not useful for enterprises to look for higher technical personnel and thus the economic development is restricted. Therefore, focusing on content-building, the implementation of school-enterprise cooperation, the strategic alliances have become a necessary approach for vocational college nowadays. On the basis of referring relevant literatures as well as field study, in and guided by strategic alliances theory, game theory, and economic evaluation theory, this thesis discusses and analyzes the construction of vocational colleges'strategic alliances and discusses the developmental status, motivation mechanisms, partner selection and effect evaluation, etc. using methods such as comparative analysis, deductive reasoning, chart analysis, model analysis.On the basis of summary and analysis of its importance and cooperation morphological classification, starting with the connotation of strategic alliance, this thesis analyses the motivation of vocational colleges'strategic alliances from external and internal factors using systemic analysis, dynamic factor analysis, and chart analysis.This thesis analyzes the game relationship between schools and business, considering that both sides of the game will ultimately choose for cooperation in order to maximize its interests in the direct process. The government should play a role in macroeconomic regulation and control in the cooperation process of industry-academia, so that all the players can reach the game result in industry-university cooperation, and maximize the benefits achieve from main function in the process of cooperation.Applying the model of vocational colleges'strategies alliances is the end-result of this study. This thesis focuses on analyzing Hainan vocational education's successful experience and conducts a benefit analysis of Hainan's strategic alliances between schools and enterprises.
