Study On Stability Factors And Operation Mechanism Of Industry-university-research Alliances

With the current development of social economics, seeking their development for enterprises have become the ideal means to achieve progress with the help of universities and research institutes.And that universities and research institutions cooperate with enterprises to gain more support and funding to pursue their academic enhance and the quality of teaching, has become a trend. However, with the rapid development of the industry-university alliance,the failure rate of the alliance is very high. According to the survey, more than half of the alliance failed, the high failure rate has severely dampened the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in, making the alliance face great difficulties in the actual operation and development, the alliance stability is one of the urgent problems to be solved, it is essential for the existence of alliances and achieving goals. So, what factors influence and determine alliance stability? How to maintain a healthy and efficient alliance operation? In order to answer these questions,must know which factors are important and even the driven factors,and research them deeply.Based on transaction cost theory, game theory and other related aspects, combined with research status of alliances at home and abroad and alliance stability,and the actual problems of alliances,this paper deeply studied the factors of alliance stability,get the seven factors:the core of mutual trust and the ability to have the resources, mutual trust,information sharing and coordination, reasonable distribution of benefits, supervisory agencies, the previous experience and consistency purpose;Then, it makes these seven key factors as concept nodes of alliance stability, analysis the concept nodes and get their weights by expert method.based on fuzzy cognitive map method, build alliances stability model and through multi-iterations, obtained the degree of influence of these factors on the stability of the coalition.At last, it builds trust and benefit distribution mechanism based on driving factors from fuzzy cognitive map method.In terms of building trust mechanism, analyzed the impact mechanism through the introduction of intermediary institutions,and get that intermediary institutions,dishonesty punishment and reward, information delivery system for university alliance played an important role in the stability.At the same time, intermediary institutions had also be included in the interests of in the distribution mechanism, constructed multi-dimensional Nash negotiation model, and use examples to verify the feasibility and efficiency of the interest distribution mechanism.
