| With the coming of the information society, the information technology has brought an unprecedented revolution to the higher education. The B-Learning model is the only way towards the information-based teaching that combines E-Learning model with traditional classroom teaching model, which comes into being on the basis of careful consideration about them. It aims at achieving the goal of teaching and learning, thinking over the advantages of E-Learning and classroom learning comprehensively, in terms with learning content, students' characteristics and teachers'conditions to choose and make use of the teaching approaches, so as to fulfill the best learning effect. In the B-Learning model, both teachers and students can proceed in teaching and learning through the network, as well as inheriting and developing the traditional ways of learning. In this case, teachers'dominant functions of guidance, inspiration and monitoring can be developed to a greater extent, while as the main body of the learning process, students'initiative, motivation and creativity can be cultivated and motivated adequately. B-Learning could be regarded as a promotion to the learning concept, which changes students'cognitive patterns, and teachers'teaching model, teaching strategies, roles as well. This change is based on the analysis to students, teaching content and objectives, along with teaching resources.B-learning takes good advantage of the strength possessed by E-Learning and traditional classroom learning and improves the teaching effects.This essay studies the application of B-Learning model on account of internet to the course instruction IT Fundamentals. It establishes Blackboard-based learning platform. Relying on Blackboard, this learning model combines traditional classroom teaching pattern with the E-Learning teaching pattern, according to the course content, students'and teachers' own situation, as well as the present teaching resources in the school to put the "leading-subject" teaching pattern into use. Moreover, it selects different teaching design and lists the actual cases, in terms with different learning contents in units. The main study methods this article adopts are document research, survey research, education experiment and etc. |
