The discussion about "Double-master" has been lasted since it was first seen in an official document in 1995. The policy of developing vocational education proposed by the state accelerates " Double-master" construction of teachers in an important strategic development status. More than ten years, the concept of the"Double-master"was in emergence of rich, multi-dimensional nature of the features. On the other hand, the coexistence of multiple definitions on this situation began to restrict the construction and development of "Double-master" to some extent.This paper begins with sorting out the "Double-master" in official documents in the context of the presentation, clarifying its meaning, taking"A"College as a case study, and then adopting the construction of the data analysis to give support for the"A"College in the same or similar stage of higher vocational colleges, based on the responses one by one. It is referentially significant.
